Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 7 day return policy for all orders within India.
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return the item must be
unused
undamaged
in original packaging
with all accessories included
in the same condition as delivered

Do not send items back without approval.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If the product delivered is damaged defective or incorrect contact us within 24 to 48 hours with photos or video. We will arrange a replacement or approve a refund based on the issue.

Heavily used items
Sale or discounted items

Exchange Policy
To exchange an item the original product must be returned and approved first. After approval u may place a new order.

Refund Policy for COD Orders
Refunds for COD orders cannot be provided in cash.
All refunds are processed through UPI only.

If your return is approved we will request your UPI ID.
